Advertising & MarketingOur programs include advertisements on the facility’s plasma screen televisions, three info-vision kiosks, ticket advertising and naming rights on the Food Court and Cyber Café. No matter what your budget, we have a program that is just right for you. We have created unique opportunities for our sponsors to promote and market their business. SponsorshipsThe plasma screen sponsorship program offers facility advertisers an opportunity to grab the attention of our guests. Your business can air company commercials, static billboard ads and animated messages on (2) 63" inch plasma screen televisions and (5) 42" inch monitors. These large monitors are an outstanding way to promote your business to our guests. Info-Vision Advertising The three info-vision kiosks in the Greater Richmond Convention Center present an exciting opportunity to advertise your business to hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Affordably priced, each info vision kiosk offers space to place your company coupon, advertisement, brochure, maps or print literature. Advertising on our info-vision kiosks gives your company an excellent tool to market your products and services. The advertising panels are 19X9 in size and are placed on a highly visible backlight panel. There are a limited number of panels available so inquire today! Ticket Back Advertising The ticket advertising program allows sponsors to customize and communicate their corporate message on GRCC ticket-backs. What a great opportunity to display company coupons or run special promotions for your business. Restaurant Guides With over 550 groups annually, some meeting here for multiple days, we receive many requests daily for restaurant recommendations. To provide better service to the 325,000 guests that visit the building each year, the Greater Richmond Convention Center marketing department has created a restaurant guide to provide to groups and guests in our facility. Naming Rights The Greater Richmond Convention Center is currently offering naming rights opportunities in our Food Court and Cyber Café. Truly the ultimate way to provide ownership and name recognition in the building, the GRCC will promote your company to our 300,000 guests each year. Web Site Link The Web site link offers your company the advantage of being a preferred vendor of the GRCC with a link on the GRCC Web site. Our Web site has over 17,000 unique visitors a month. Your company will be linked on our Web site under the Preferred Vendors page with a description, logo and link to your Web site. Service Partners The Greater Richmond Convention Center is looking for sponsors to trade services and/or equipment in exchange for advertising opportunities within the Center. Art Case Program If you are an artist or photographer interested in displaying your work, consider the art case program at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. With this program, you may showcase your compositions for at least half a year in one of our 28”h x 70”w glass cases. Last year, over 325,000 guests visited our center.
